Markéta started at Kienbaum und Partner GmbH, Prague as HR Trainee during her studies at Charles University where she specialized in Andragogy and Personnel Management. The cooperation was mutually satisfactory so the company gave her an opportunity to work for them full-time and become a Researcher which she accepted in November 2022.
