MANAGING DIRECTOR - Building Materials

For our client a family-owned European company with growth potential we are looking for a motivated professional with sales experience in the field of building materials to take on the role of Managing Director - Building Materials.

Popis pozice/náplň práce:

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Development the subsidiary to an efficient organization
• Leading the sales team by defining and implementing the derived goals and actions
• Responsible for the profitability of the sales organization
• Development of pricing strategies and cost structures in coordination with the HQ
• Planning the annual budget and responsible for achieving the goals
• Responsible for the marketing strategy in cooperation with the HQ
• Responsible for sales strategy and sales forecast
• Visiting and supporting key accounts to generate growth
• Reporting to HQ through monthly meetings
• Leadership of employees disciplinarily as well as professionally
• Efficient organization of the company

Potřebné znalosti/očekáváme:

EXPECTED KNOWLEDGE:
• Several years of experience with leading a sales team in B2B business
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of sales of build-ing materials
• Proven business experience in a similar industry
• Advanced knowledge of English and fluent Czech is a must
• Knowledge of the market, experience with B2B trading
• Dynamic personality with the ability to assert yourself
• Ability to implement ideas in practice
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
