Jan Nezkusil works for Kienbaum und Partner GmbH, Prague as a Director with the responsibility for strategic development of the company and strengthening of key partnerships within executive search with leading players mainly from industry, logistics, FMCG, Retail, Construction and Real Estate.

Headhunter with over 10 years of experience in executive search and executive recruitment focusing on recruitment of strategic specialist positions to TOP management.

Prior to joining Kienbaum, Jan was a manager in largest recruitment company worldwide, responsible for Engineering & Logistics, Sales & Marketing, Construction & Property (Prague office) and development of Brno office teams. Before that, he was developing a new recruitment company on Czech market and achieved multiple rewards on local and CEE level.

Main areas of expertise: executive search, executive market mapping, tailored made salary surveys, HR consulting and RPO.
