Privacy Policy

We are aware of the importance of privacy. The information provided by you is processed according to applicable legislation governing the protection of personal data, including European Union standards. To familiarize you with these principles, we would like to provide the following information in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data):

  2. The purpose of processing personal data:

    1. Provide services for job placement within the meaning of Section 14, paragraph 1 a) and c) of Act 435/2004 Coll., Employment Act (“EA”), i.e. to look for employment for a natural person applying for a job, and to look for employees for an employer looking for new workforce, and to provide advisory activities and information about employment opportunities;

    2. Meet the legal obligations of the data controller as an employment agency within the EA;

    3. Store and retain personal data in the client (candidate) database of the data controller and transfer and share personal data with the recipients listed under section 4 below;

    4. Internal needs, in particular protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the data controller, monitoring the quality of service and customer satisfaction and optimizing services and products;

    5. Sales and marketing, mainly offering services, including the sending of commercial messages, information on products and services.

  3. Legal basis for processing:

    The consent of the data subject, compliance with the statutory (legal) obligations of the data controller (especially in accordance with paragraph 2(b) above).

  4. Categories of recipients of personal data:

    1. Natural or legal persons forming the data controller of the group (particularly the founder of the branch in the Czech Republic);

    2. Clients or customers of the data controller who were provided data by the data controller as part of its job placement services;

    3. Third parties cooperating with the data controller in the course of its business activities based on a contractual (not employment) relationship.

  5. The personal data shall not be transmitted to countries outside the EU or to international organizations.

    Regarding EU Member States, the data controller transmits personal data particularly to Germany, where the founder of the data controller is based and carries out its business activities, and to the Slovak Republic, where the data controller is authorized to provide its services as an employment agency.

  6. The time during which the personal data will be stored (processed):

    During the time when the services of the data controller are being used, but always until the consent to process is withdrawn in the case of data necessary to meet the legal obligations of the data controller during the time stipulated by the applicable regulations.

  7. Please be aware of your right to:

    1. ask the data controller at any time to access your personal data;

    2. ask the data controller at any time to correct your personal data or delete it or limit the processing of it;

    3. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data;

    4. the transferability of your personal data (i.e. to ask for your personal data to be transferred directly to another data controller);

    5. revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data, without naturally affecting the lawfulness of processing it based on the consent you granted prior to withdrawing it;

  8. You should also be aware that providing your personal data presumes (contractually) that we may provide employment agency services or related consulting and other services in full, i.e. the failure to provide your personal data may restrict the range of services provided to you.

Consent to the processing of personal data and the dissemination of commercial messages

By giving your consent, you declare that you have fully studied the information provided to you in this document and that you have fully understood this information, including your rights in connection with processing your personal data, and on this basis you grant Kienbaum und Partner GmbH, registered office Edmund-Rumpler-Straße 5, 51149 Cologne, Germany, doing business in the Czech Republic through Kienbaum und Partner GmbH, organizační složka, located in Prague 1, Lazarská 5/1719, postal code 11000, ID: 65399421 your free, informed and explicit consent that all the personal data you provide, i.e. especially your name, surname, date of birth,home address, mobile/fixed line telephone number, email address or other electronic contact, educational level, professional experience, marital status, current and expected income, knowledge of foreign languages, national origin, will be processed for the purposes specified above under section 2.

You grant the data controller your consent here for an indefinite period, i.e. until you withdraw it.

Furthermore, you grant the data controller your consent to conduct electronic forms of communication and you ask that electronic communication, including sending any login or authentication passwords or codes, be managed by the data controller with you exclusively by means of the transmitted electronic contacts.

You agree that the data controller may treat your electronic contacts also for the purpose of electronic communications with you personally and you explicitly declare that it is your personal contact information if only you personally have access to the transmitted mobile number and email address, and you agree to take the necessary measures that allow you to prevent the possibility of the misuse of such communication resources by a third party.

You simultaneously grant the data controller, pursuant to Act 480/2004 Coll., your consent to send occasional electronic messages (news on job offers, job opportunities, seminars and other events organized by the data controller, etc.) to your email address or other electronic contact. You are aware of your right to withdraw this consent at any time.
